Opened in 2023, this modern, three-story building spans 5,000 square meters and represents a groundbreaking investment of €6 million, co-funded equally by the European Union and the Bihor County Council. The ground floor of the Science & Technology Park is where innovation begins. It features six state-of-the-art laboratories, each tailored to specialized fields of research, including:

Additionally, the ground floor is home to a 300-seat auditorium, perfect for large conferences, presentations, and symposiums. For more intimate events, a 100-seat conference room is available, ensuring a relaxed and cosy atmosphere. Visitors can relax and network at the stylish coffee shop and terrace, managed by Street Coffee Roasters, offering a perfect setting for informal meetings and refreshing breaks.

First and Second Floors: Dedicated Research Spaces

The first and second floors of the park are designed to host companies and institutions engaged in research and development. With 36 fully-equipped offices, each covering 60 square meters, the park offers an ideal environment for innovation-driven projects.
